Siena Women's Health is pleased to offer a variety of educational programs and support groups. 


  • Breast Cancer Support Group

    You are not alone. The complimentary support group is open to all breast cancer patients as they journey through diagnosis, treatment and recovery.   • Bariatric Support Group

    The free Bariatric Support Group is offered for those interested in learning more about surgical weight loss options. The educational and supportive environment is a dynamic group for those interested in seeking surgical options, and a safe place for patients to share their life-changing experiences. The support group is facilitated by a clinical professional equipped to discuss issues such as overcoming weight plateaus, improving protein in-take, and making healthy and nutritional food choices. To learn more, call (631) 870-3444.


  • New Beginnings Maternity Group

    Expecting? Looking for a physician? Siena Women's Health is here for you. Join us for a New Beginnings Maternity session and learn all about our comprehensive care. Tour our contemporary facilities and ask questions.   • Prenatal Breastfeeding Class

    There is so much to learn before your infant is born, especially understanding why breastfeeding is the most optimal source of nutrition for your newborn. Let our International Board Certified Lactation Consultant educate you about infant feeding, so you can achieve successful lactation when your newborn arrives.   • Infant Care Class

    First time parent? Looking for some tips on optimal nutrition, diapering or bathing your newborn? Look no further, our Infant Care class will cover the basics of caring for your newborn. To learn more, call (631) 870-3444.

  • Family and Friends Infant CPR

    All parents and caregivers of infants should learn lifesaving CPR. The specialized class is offered in collaboration with the American Heart Association, and includes CPR and choking demonstrations. There is a nominal fee for this class. To learn more, call (631) 870-3444.

  • Lactation Support Group

    Breastfeeding is the most optimal nutrition for your newborn, but is requires education. The support group is facilitated by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. The free lactation support group provides a friendly environment where mothers can share and learn from one another. To learn more, call (631) 870-3444.

  • Mothers' Circle of Hope

    Perinatal mood disorders are the number one medical complication related to childbearing. Approximately10 percent of women may experience depression or anxiety during pregnancy, and up to 20 percent within the first 12 months after a baby. St. Catherine of Siena offers a monthly postpartum depression support group, which is free and open to the public. Women and their families need to know they are not alone, it is not their fault, and with help, the illness is treatable.
